Huge Security Flaw Discovered in Windows 10 Naturally, the flaw could allow hackers to steal passwords   The Daily Mail reported that a Google researcher discovered a huge security flaw in Windows 10 that could have allowed hackers to steal the passwords of thousands of users. For around eight days this month, some versions of the operating system shipped with a password manager with a massive security flaw. The bug meant cybercriminals could easily take the passwords stored in the third-party app and use them to break into people's online accounts. John Steven, senior director of software security at Synopsys, said: "Rather than defeating the underlying encryption that protects users’ credentials, many of these vulnerabilities attack password (PW) managers’ interfaces or the APIs that connect them and the browser they service. Security practitioners  advise users to use PW management plugins rather than visiting the PW manager’s website in order to avoid the classic

The company and its partners announced new servers with the EPYC 7601 processor, which it claims is three times more performance-efficient than Intel’s best Xeon server processors, the Xeon Platinum 8180M1, as measured by SPECfp[i] benchmark. The news came at the Supercomputing ’17 show taking place in Denver. Target workloads for AMD solutions include machine learning, weather modeling, computational fluid dynamics, simulation and crash analysis in aviation and automotive manufacturing, and oil and gas exploration, according to the company. A Manager at Google Wrote the Perfect Email on Time Management

A Manager at Google Wrote the Perfect Email on Time Management "If you don’t have time to read this . . . read it twice." A Google manager wrote a fantastic email to his team about the importance of "making time."   “Why can’t I focus on the same task for more than five minutes?” I keep thinking this to myself. I’ve stared at this screen for 45 minutes, deciding what I can write that you all will want to read. I’m on a deadline. And the pressure is getting to me. So, instead of doing what I should be doing (writing something you’ll want to read and share), I’ve decided to procrastinate. I’ve checked Facebook five times, sent six text messages, refreshed my email more than a few times, answered a couple messages on Slack, and decided that I’m going to take up woodworking in the 45 minutes since I’ve decided to procrastinate. But alas! In my hopeless quest to avoid what I should really be doing ( a hobby I know all about ), I discovered a video from

Dual WhatsApp: How to Run Two WhatsApp Accounts on One Phone If you’ve got a dual-SIM phone, you can use the different SIM cards to make calls using separate numbers, and send texts using different numbers. But did you know that you can set up dual WhatsApp accounts, and use them both on the same phone? If you’ve ever wondered how to install two WhatsApp accounts on one phone, then you’ve come to the right place. There are a few different ways to do this, and some phone-makers are offering this as a built in feature. In other cases, you’ll have to resort to third-party apps instead, but it’s actually pretty easy to run two WhatsApp accounts on one Android phone. Sorry iPhone users, you are out of luck without resorting to the kind of methods we wouldn’t recommend. Obviously, this method of running two WhatsApp accounts on one phone requires a dual-SIM phone – WhatsApp uses the phone number as your identity, and detects this via an SMS or call, so it has to be a ph
